, Faculty of maritime studies issues maritime international certificates

After recognition of Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia represented by ministry of transport and maritime studies programs by International maritime organization IMO, Faculty of maritime studies issues maritime international certificates for officers and workers who serve on vessels and ships.

Prior to that, there was a memorandum of understanding signed between Ministry of education and ministry of transport to delegate king Abdul-Aziz University represented by Faculty of maritime studies to issue those maritime international certificates. This memorandum was signed by Dr. Ahmed Al Isa minister of Education and minister of transport in the presence of KAU President Prof. Abdurrahman Al-Youbi and Dean of the faculty of Marine studies Dr. Salem bin Marzouq Al-Harbi.
