This unit is responsible for the needs for demonstrators and lecturers of the college departments and associate the processing to the scholarships from distinguished universities with high classification and accreditation, moreover, following up the scholars in the scholarship country

Mission

Supporting demonstrators and lecturers for their processing to the scholarships program and providing superb environment to accomplished their study program in the greatest manner.

Functions of the unite:

• 1-Preparing the demonstrators and lecturers for scholarships program through appropriate courses.
• 2-Helping and advising demonstrators and lecturers to obtain study approvals from distinguished universities.
• 3-Developing the research skills for demonstrators and lecturers.
• 4-Supervising and follow-up of scholars and resolving all obstacles that may face during their study, and continuous communication with all relevant authorities.
• 5-Following up the scholars and observing the reports from their supervisors and the Saudi cultural attachés in the scholarship country.
• 6-Providing the necessary guidelines and procedures for demonstrators and lecturers.
• 7-Establishing an electronic database for all faculty scholars.
• 8-Providing an annual report regarding the scholars’ status.
• 9-Preparing a report at the end of each semester and presenting it to the Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
