Abstract
:
Seljuks was one of the forces fighting that has emerged on the scene in the Islamic state and Islamic history, in the wake of weakness and collapse, which prevailed under the control of the Abbasid state built tin. Seljuks were able to emerge after this acquisition of power and control in the Abbasid state, which enabled them to provide a new stream of Islamic civilization and Islamic expansionism and Fotouh movement north and east. The tide of the Islamic movement centered in the Seljuks on the east; where they were able to reach him to Central Asia, and to the north, where they took on the Asia Minor and which represented the heart of the Byzantine Empire and the largest warehouse for both men and sustenance. The Seljuk Turks during the wars fought in Asia Minor struggle against the Byzantine Empire; where they can draw from these territories of that empire. The movement of the Seljuk expansion in Asia Minor and the wars with the Byzantine Empire and one of the important episodes in the history of the Islamic and Byzantine history and medieval history in general. Have been able to Seljuk Ptusahm in the region of Asia Minor to open a new page of Islamic occupation and add a new feature of the features of the conflict between the Islamic state and the Byzantine Empire, and a new chapter of this conflict, which continued to link all seven centuries to end up undermining the Muslims at the hands of Mehmed the Ottoman years 857 AH / 1453 of the empire and its capital to enter the conquerors of Constantinople. This research focuses on the Seljuk conquest of Asia Minor and the resulting and culminated in the events.
