This study aims to identify the social constraints faced by women working in the health sector and the obstacles that have been highlighted are the obstacles of economic, cultural, family, career and self were conducted this study using the survey method of social and adopted the study to collect data on the use of a tool questionnaire in some hospitals in Jeddah scoping an examination on a group of employees working in hospitals, both public and private sectors. Society study of its size (400) female. The study, to confirm the role of the constraints faced by women working in the health sector through the following results: that the needs of children of employees affect their performance of their work at the hospital, and that work at the hospital represents a duplication of roles between home and work, and answered a large proportion of female employees that they are not familiar with the laws and regulations work at the hospital, and the difficulties faced by the employee in the hospital is mixing, and answered a large proportion of respondents that they have difficulty in the nature of their profession is different from the rest of the workers in any other government agencies, namely the difficulties in the lack of salary, but the study proved that not getting staff salaries higher than the female, and answered a large proportion of female employees that they face harassment by the staff with them at the hospital, and that the obstacles facing Saudi women in Joining the hospital responded respondents night shift, and that the reasons for the low perception of the female employees health professionals is that work and absolutely with the values prevalent in Saudi society, and the things that contribute to job satisfaction among workers in the hospitals are in the work schedule shifts commensurate with the circumstances of women's personal, social, and causes of dissatisfaction is not to give authority to the decision-making, and of the reasons that lead to the left employee for the hospital system is in night-shifts. |
