Abstract
:
This study dealt with The Textual Cohesion which is a study of applied linguistic on Quranic stories in Surat AL-Aaraf .It has been divided into two main sections .The First section is the theoretical study which includes a preface and two chapters . It mentioned in the preface the origin of textual linguistics and its concept. Chapter one dealt with the concept of the text in Arabic and foreign studies ;moreover, discourse concept and the difference between them . Also the nature of textual study. The second chapter discussed the concept of textual cohesion in Arabic and foreign studies; as well as, its levels and its means. Also the cohesion in the Arab heritage. In section two, the applied study .was divided into the means of grammar cohesion(Reference, substitution ,annulations and apposition),the means of lexical cohesion(Repetition and collection)and the means of semantic cohesion (context and suitability ). Shortly, the study concludes with various results. The textual cohesion is considered one of the linguistics miracle of the Holy Quran . It is considered a very important aspects of the analysis and the axis of modern textual studies. As well as , it joins the text elements. The contrast of the means of textual cohesion in Quranic stories in Surat AL-Aaraf; whereas, some are increased as reference annulations and apposition . However , the other are decreased assubstitution and collocation .Despite variability , it creates all of these means and it contributed to the textual cohesion for Quranic stories.
